Senior Dentures Return Policy

At Senior Dentures™, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. Because dentures are considered personal and health-related products, there are important guidelines that must be followed for safety and compliance.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be brand new, unused, and in original condition
  • The factory seal must remain intact
  • If the clear seal is opened, the dentures CANNOT be returned or resold due to health regulations.  It is strictly prohibited to resell oral-related items if the items were used or potentially used, based on the US Health Code of law

How to Start a Return

1. Request an RMA Number
Before sending anything back, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • Call 910.629.5594 to begin the process
  • Clearly write the RMA number on your return package
  • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted

2. Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase or 21 days from delivery, whichever comes first
  • Items sent after this timeframe will be refused

3. Return Requirements
To ensure your return is processed smoothly:

  • Include your original sales receipt (emailed at time of purchase)
  • Return items in original packaging, unused, and undamaged
  • Include all parts, accessories, and documentation
  • Items that arrive damaged or incomplete may be refused

4. Fees & Refunds

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied
  • If a return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund

Important Information

Due to the nature of denture products, opened or used items cannot be returned under any circumstances. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all customers and complies with health regulations.
