Return Policy

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. If an item is returned without authorization, no refund will be applied (unless discussed with a Senior Exchange representative).
Please have the following information on hand when emailing for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem.
Return Process:

You must request a Return Authorization number (or RMA) by contacting Senior Exchange at (949-713-1400)
We will send the customer an RMA# (if the order qualifies for return) with detailed instructions to where to send the order back, along all the associated fees related to this return.
Items must be returned within 30-Days of placing the order, or 21-Days of receiving the order, whichever comes first. And must be shipped back to Senior Exchange within 10-Days of the RMA issuance.
There are no returns after 30 days.
You must include the original packing slip or your sales receipt.
Your returned item must be in new condition, in original boxes unused.
Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
20% Restocking Fees will apply.
